Additional Meet Information

1. USATF Registration/Coach O website
   1. Please remember that when registering at the USATF Registration/Coach O website, a VALID email address and phone number MUST be used. This email address or phone may be used to notify the coach and/or athlete of any changes that will take place at the meet.
   2. Please do not forget to fill out the Participant Waiver and Release Form for each athlete competing in the USATF NV Assoc Championship. The form is attached to this document or can obtained at http://www.usatf.org/mgmt/assoc/forms/JuniorOlympicForms/TF/2011/USATFJOWaiver2011.pdf
   3. Late Fees
      1. All entries are due by June 5, 2011 at 11:59 PM PDT through the USATF Registration/Coach O website.
      2. If there are changes or additions to your entries after the above date, you must contact Kisha Finch at [email protected] or 202-421-9569 by Wednesday, June 8, 2011 at 10 PM PDT. There is a 5 dollar late fee per athlete.
      3. Please know that ALL LATE FEES MUST BE PAID, prior to packet pick up. There will be no exceptions.
      4. Javelin and Hammer Throws, and Steeplechase
         1. If there are less than 8 athletes entered into the Youth, Intermediate, and Young girls and boys Javelin Throw, the Intermediate and Young girls and boys Hammer Throw, and the Intermediate and Young girls and boys Steeplechase, the competitor will be waived to the Region 15 Championship.
         2. For the Javelin and Hammer throws, at the close of entries on June 5, if there are more than 8 competitors the coaches and athletes will be notified to the exact time and location of the competition, as it cannot be held on School District property.
         3. Please remember that you must register online and pay entries fees for the hammer throw, javelin throw, or steeplechase to be waived on to the Region Championship.
         4. ACT
            1. If you have an athlete who will be taking the ACT on June 11, they may be able to obtain a bye to the finals on Sunday or Region 15 Championship. If there are less than 8 competitors, the athlete must present a piece of paper with their name, age group, event missed, and a copy of the certificate of completion of the ACT to Kisha Finch or Carmen Price.
            2. If there are multiple athletes who missed their event and took the ACT, the person who turns in the above paperwork first will be given priority.
